INQUIRER - Solita Monsod - Defense wins round 1 - After 10 days of hearings, it appears that: (1) Corona did submit his SALNs; that they were not disclosed is more the fault of the Supreme Court's policy than it is his. (2) Non-declaration of assets may not be a violation of the anti-graft and corrupt practices act or is at least excusable under certain circumstances; the title of Art. II is silent on graft and corruption.
