DZRJ 810AM: Today in the course of the Impeachment Proceedings, Prosecutor Cong. Rudolfo Farinas declared in court that he did not sign the articles of impeachment because he could not possibly read that fast; therefore implying and admitting that the Impeachment was rushed in Congress. Farinas also declared that the Articles of Impeachment were very poorly crafted.
