Aside from the influence peddling reasons for impeaching Penoy, the minority should also include treason (funding enemies of the state), betrayal of public trust (clandestine meetings with communist and rebels) and disloyalty to the constitution (bribing legislators and overstepping the bounds of co equal parts of govt). These have more proof and will be more credible than impeaching the CJ which has deteriorated into a travesty of justice and a comedy of errors by the prosecution!
