ANC: Rep. Mitos Magsaysay and economist Winnie Monsod are dismayed that malacanang quickly defended PAGCOR over bribery allegations. They say PNoy should have first ordered a probe before defending Pagcor Chief Naguiat, who's said to be an ex-classmate and close friend of the Pres. Magsaysay and Monsod add, Pagcor should not have accepted the perks because it is govt agency.
