A 'unique' impeachment- IBP Governor Dominic Solis "The timing is suspect the motives are questionable, (and) the process is patently flawed. Mincing no words, the Executive through its allies in the Legislature, could not hold the Judiciary accountable over decisions which it lost simply because of sloppy legal work as in the case of the Truth Commission," This is not the first time a complaint has been filed against an impeachable official but this is the first time it has been done with arbitrariness. The whole thing reeks of politics."
