TRIBUNE EDITORIAL - The way the complaint is worded, it is as if the high court is a one-man court, with only Corona making all the rulings when not even the TRO was issued by him alone, nor are the high court rulings. But if such consist of betrayal of public trust and culpable violation of the Charter, then all the SC Justices - and not just Corona - are guilty of betrayal of public trust. Heck, even the congressmen are guilty of this - more so Noynoy, who is guilty of willfully violating the Constitution by refusing to obey the Constitution and the law -- all of which is what the SC says it is - being the sole interpreter of the Charter and the laws.
