Therefore the President was acting in CULPABLE VIOLATION of the law when he made her "appointment." The constitution does not envisage anyone being nominated for any office while facing a criminal case, and using that nomination to claim immunity from an existing suit. That is the pickle the President has created for Padaca and for himself.
