Enrile said he was particularly outraged at the way Trillanes was addressing Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario during the Cabinet meeting. "In that Cabinet meeting, it was as if he was cursing at the secretary of foreign affairs," he said. "As if he was better than the secretary of foreign affairs."
