Whether or not this survey is technically sound, its timing is obviously suspect, and the intentions clearly partisan," said Magsaysay.

INQUIRER: Sen. Miriam Santiago: "Why am I not impressed by your answers, Mr. Diaz," Santiago shot back. "Gross negligence occurs when the act is flagrant and palpable. You knew this was going to be used to try and destroy an incumbent official. You should have been more careful," Santiago fumed. "You have been trying to incriminate innocent persons. The crime of incriminating innocent persons (is) like planting evidence," she added.

Philippine Daily Inquirer Manila Auxiliary Bishop Broderick Pabillo on Wednesday warned the public to be wary of surveys. Pabillo advised the public to be discerning and not to be persuaded by by results as if they were already the "truth." "Because  it's just one way of manipulating public opinion," he said, adding that even the media had been showing bias in reporting the ongoing impeachment trial of Corona.
