They also hit the president for the impending increase in MRT and LRT fares.

Never in the history of our country did we have a prejudiced and partial DOJ. INQUIRER: Ferdinand Topacio, current lawyer for Arroyo, accused De Lima of "EXTREME IRRESPONSIBILITY and lack of ethics, logic and common HUMAN DECENCY" in "heavily insinuating" that Arroyo was involved in the Malampaya Fund scam. "It is unlawyerly and unseemly of a public official sworn to impartially applying criminal laws," Topacio said in a statement. He said Tuason's testimony, though "bare and untested," was being used in the "continuing persecution" of the family of former Pres Arroyo by  the Aquino administration.
