I really can't see how anybody can get so excited by a foreigner's claim of the country being called a emerging TIGER. Noynoy is so used to hearing and believing the propaganda that is fed to him by his KKKs that he cannot even tell the difference between a state visitor's diplomatese and political praises as politesse. Noynoy appears to be living in fantasy island where he wants everyone to wear rose-colored glasses. He has to wake up to reality one day and really look see everything around him crumbling.

TRIBUNE: Manila Aux. Bishop Broderick Pabillo, CBCP-National Secretariat for Social Action Justice and Peace chairman, challenged Pres. Aquino to remove all stumbling blocks in the implementation of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) law even through a CHANGE in leadership in the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR). This after Pabillo had expressed fear that Aquino may not fulfill his promise of the land distribution.
