- I am admiring the guts of the CJ for undergoing 3 rigorous hours, ordeal taking the witness stand.
- It is not advisable for Corona to testify on Friday due to medical condition.
- When he developed hypoglycemia, Corona must be at level of incoherence, maybe he does not know where he is going.
- Sen. Enrile should consider Corona's medical condition because he might lose his life if he will appear on court on Friday. That will be again full of emotions.

ABS-CBN: medical bulletin on CJ Corona
- Doctors from The Medical City have advised Chief Justice Renato Corona to remain at the intensive care unit for 48 hours to monitor a possible heart attack. The doctors also advised Corona not to attend this afternoon's impeachment trial due to his condition. Here is the press conference of the doctors on Corona's medical condition. ANC, May 23, 2012.

Atty. Dennis Manalo- The invitation of CJ Corona to prosecutors - complainants and senator Drilon to simultaneously execute bank waivers is intended to prove that the common interpretation of public officials is that there is no legal obligation or duty to disclose foreign currency holdings and deposits in the SALN. While they are obviously not on trial, the issue of interpretation of the SALN law vis-a -vis the fcdu law is. Their refusal to execute waivers only proves that CJ Corona's interpretation is correct or at the very least the current practice.

DZRJ 810 AM update: Senator Escudero asks the Prosecutors if they have already signed their waivers. Tupas answered that none of the 188 have signed it yet. Senator Estrada asks Tupas if he will sign the wavier. Tupas says they will not sign.  Drilon puts on record that he will not sign his waiver because Drilon feels that it will be disastrous for the banking industry.
Then why are Drilon and members of the Prosecution asking CJ Corona to sign his wavier?
