ABS CBN NEWS: Enrile wants BSP examiner cited for contempt
MANILA, Philippines -  Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile on Thursday moved to cite for contempt an examiner of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) for allegedly lying to senators during their investigation on the alleged leak of Chief Justice Renato Corona's bank records.

ANC: Justice Sereno declines to testify in Corona impeachment trial; Cuevas: leaked documents should not be accepted as evidence.

Philstar- Breaking News Sereno declines request to testify in Corona trial March 1, 2012 4:22 PM Supreme Court Associate Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno has turned down the House prosecution panel's invitation to testify in the impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona. 

That's always the case in a debatable issues, like the Impeachment Trial. Pag talo na, nagyayabang na at napipikon. Prosecution, in their actuations at yesterday's trial, halatang halata na napikon at wala nang ibubuga. Ang mga talunan ay "pikon!" Sorry Tupaz and company :( you all deserve to be called "GAGO" hahaha! WHOA!!!

Fwd by a concerned lawyer: Senator Judge should stop referring themselves as "jurors" in the Impeachment court. Generally, all rules and procedures in a "jury trial" have the sole purpose of eliminating bias and prejudice among jurors. This is not practice in the present impeachment trial  of Corona, as some senators have shown biased behavior during the impeachment proceedings or tru statements with the media.
